This is the list of WIZARD spells. Please be realistic and do not abuse them. You may begin with 5 then add on to your spell book for every 100 posts you make. You spells MUST be listed in your spell book or you cannot use them.
Adeo mihi “Come to me”: used to project an object to one’s hand in close proximity i.e. Wizard sees a fork on a table 10 feet from them, says “Adeo mihi” and the fork comes to their hand.
solvo obfirmo “release lock”: used to unlock doors, boxes, crates, safes, etc
incendia “fire”: used to create small fires. Can start a campfire or set someone on fire, but not completely i.e. Wizard says “Incendia” on an enemy and their pant leg will catch fire
etiam ut calx “still as stone”: used to temporary paralyze opponent. Paralyze time will depend on the enemy. I.e. A human may be paralyzed for 30 minutes while a demon may be paralyzed for 3 minutes.
Aduro “light”: used to either cause a flash of light, temporarily blinding opponent, or lighting a dark room in the form of small, floating orbs of light.
Obscurum “darkness”: used to cloak oneself or others in shadows. Can also be used to fill a lit room in complete darkness
Unda “Water: used to summon water from a =wizard’s object of power. The amount of water summoned depends how much the =wizard puts into it, but this spell takes much energy to use so only minor portions are recommended.
Terra” Earth”: used to make flowers grow, move rocks, or entangle someone in tree roots.
Ventus “Wind”: used to summon a small gust on wind strong enough to knock over a car, but not strong enough to destroy it.
Orior oriri ortus ex solum “rise from the floor”: used to levitate an object up to 100 pounds
Aestus “heat”: used to raise the temperature of a room or object. I.e. raising a room temperature from 70 degrees F to 90 degrees F, or making a metal rod glow from heat.
Algidus”cold”: used to drop the temperature of a room or object i.e. decreasing a room temperature from 70 degrees F to 50 degrees F, or freezing a small body of water
Geminus “double”: used to create an illusion of an object for a short period of time
Restituo “repair”: used to repair a small wound (bruise, cut, etc) or fix an object (a broken vase, a cracked window, etc)
Perfringo “shatter”: to break glass, brick, or wood into pieces. Only works on thin walls/doors.
Both Wizards and Witches are capable of the following.
Scrying:
Scrying is a process and is not instant like regular spells.
To start:
Basic scrying consists of a map and a stringed crystal. Attached to the crystal must be something that belongs to the person being tracked i.e. a piece of clothing, blood, a strand of hair, etc. While using this the caster must chant “
ostendo sum quis ego peto” (reveal what I seek) until the crystal pinpoints the location of the target on the map.
At 300 posts:
More advanced scrying consists of a body of water and the caster only. Only advanced witchs/wizards can use this form. The caster would only need to focus his/her magic and energy on the body of water. The caster would need to have a clear mind and focus on what he/she seeks whether it be a lost object or a missing person. The witch/wizard still needs to chant “oestendo sum quis ego peto” and once the spell as worked, the body of water will reveal the location of what he/she is seeking.
Barriers:
Barriers are used to keep out or contain someone/something. Barriers can be limited to a room or more advanced barriers include protecting a building. Barriers are invisible and only seen to select supernatural creatures such as those with clairvoyance, demons, and angels. There are no barriers that stop bullets but barriers, depending on the type, can block magic (Even a scrying spell), and can even stop a type of being from entering a room.
To start:
Minor barriers:
These are used to block the entrance of doors, windows, and/or protect a single object (such as a box or ring) from being located/touched. Materials needed to perform this include the object of needing protecting, the witch/wizard’s familiar, the witch/wizard’s object of power, a drawn pentagram on the floor, and a candle.
The witch/wizard must sit in the center of the pentagram with a candle and the object of needing protection. The caster must chant “Servo quis Volo ut non exsisto vulnero” (protect what I wish not to be harmed) over and over until the spell is done. Once the spell is finished, the object needing of protection will be untraceable to locator spells and if touched by the person(s) the caster doesn’t want to, and then the object of protection will heat up, burning the target if they touch it.
If the object of protection is a door/window, than the caster would need to focus his/her energy on the window/door while casting spell.

Medium Barriers:
Works the same as above, with the exception that the barrier can be used to protect an entire room and/or house. These barriers are stronger than minor barriers as minor barriers can be broken by a counter spell. Medium barriers can only be broken if the caster allows it to be. If protecting a room/house, there must be crystals in the exact four corners of the area to keep the barrier intact. Can also be used to keep someone within the barrier, preventing target from escaping

Major Barriers:
Same as above with the exception that this barrier can surround an entire building. The casting of this spell is the same, only the pentagram must be surrounded by five candles that represent the five points of power (Fire, Earth, Air, Water, and Balance). This spell wards off anyone/anything the caster wishes, and the building/room will be untouchable with magic and even a teleporting spell won’t allow anyone in.
