Tell me about your history.:
Bliss was born Jessilyn Bliss Chambers to Alva and Ralph Chambers. Born second of two children to a Seattle police sergeant, she was the baby and always got her way. Extreme daddy’s girl to the end, she always followed him around the house like a lost puppy. She was always the happiest with her daddy around. They would go on walks together laughing and holding hands. As she got older her dad was there to teach her how to ride a bike and kissed her first injury that she received when she fell from it to make it all better.
The years passed. Dad was there teaching her how to swing the bat for softball practice. He was always there, cheering her on from the bleachers. He was her number one fan. He was always there helping her with homework, and reading a story for her to go to sleep to no matter how tired from work he was. She knew she could always count on dad to be there. Her dad was her hero. He would always be. The teen years came in a fury. Her daddy was still her hero but the social pressure she received from school caused a small rift to come between. She was still his princess and adored him dearly, but it was not the socially acceptable thing to do in public so she would push him away no matter how much hurt she saw in his eyes.
Right before Prom he proceeded to lecture her on the values she should keep instilled in her at this event. She blew up at him, told him she hated him and left. She enjoyed her time at prom until it was cut short. Her brother Brian showed up, telling her that their dad was involved in an incident and he was in critical condition at the hospital. She cried the whole way there, pleading with Brian to go faster. The whole time all she could think was how she told her dad that she hated him and she might not even make it there to tell him she loved him. Her brother flew like a bat out of hell in his own squad car with the light and sirens going to get his baby sister to the hospital to see dad in his possible final moments.
All the speed in the world would get her there in time.
Her father had passed when Brian found her at the Prom. She never got to tell her dad goodbye or that she didn’t hate him, she loved him. Misery consumed her for the remainder of the year. She was racked with guilt for the longest time thinking that her father’s death was her fault because she brash and told him she hated him. January came around and she was resolved. She went to college taking on double the class load to graduate with a Masters in criminal justice in only 3 years. She landed a job at the Seattle police department busting the very slum that killed her dad. She worked there for almost 6 years when her mom couldn’t handle being in Seattle any longer. She wanted to return to Forks, where she was raised as a girl. Brian couldn’t leave because he had a family established. Bliss had been so focused on her job and making all the bad guys do time that she never had time for relationships. She agreed to move to Forks with her mom after making sure that she had a job secured there. She spoke to Charlie Swan the Chief of Police there explaining the situation and to see if there was an open position. Fortunately for her there was. All she had to do was bring her resume and written recommendations and she had the job. She quickly packed her and her mom’s things. Formally evicted the tenants of her mom’s family house and they moved to Forks to begin their life anew.
Who knows? Maybe the change was just what she needed to move on and actually have her a life.
So, what do you like to eat?
I absolutely love white chocolate
What foods make you hurl?
Brussel sprouts
What do you like to do?
I like gardening, tanning (when possible) and practice shooting
That’s some attitude, want to tell me about it?
Bliss is a dedicated person. Kind hearted as well unless you are a criminal. Then she is merciless. She garners no ill will to people but she is a loner. That happened once her dad passed away.
So, what’s so good about you?
Honorable, dedicated, and hardworking
Do you have any flaws?
She has a biased hatred for anyone on the wrong side of the law. she also works too hard, never leaving time for herself. She also feels at times that she doesn't not deserve to have someone to love because of her dad
Other:
What else can you tell me?
Nope
Can you do anything cool?
She has the Chameleon ability. Anything she sees she can become. She can also blend into anything around her. Drawback is blending in taking another form her eyes are the only thing that never changes so there's always the possibility that some can see through the trick.
Show us your stuff
*Slaps* That'll teach you to ask that sort of thing! hmph!
