Physical Description: Celine stands at an average height for a girl her height at five feet, six inches. She has wavy blonde hair that reaches down to the middle of her back. She usually likes it straightened or in a ponytail if she is running or swimming. Celine has bright blue eyes that are like the waters of the Caribbean. Depending on the lighting, a little green can be seen in her eyes. She has fair skin that isn’t too pale nor too tan; she takes care of her skin and it shows. Celine’s body is thin but likes to keep fit by running and swimming. Celine likes to dress well, but isn’t big on labels. If it looks good on her, she will wear it. Her favorite color to wear is blue and regardless of any outfit she wears, she always has blue.
Attitude: Celine is the type of girl who would put others before herself. Regardless of how she is doing, she makes sure the people she cares about are taken care of first. Nothing makes her happier than helping people. She has a tendency to be shy to those she does not know, but once she has opened up to them they will discover how kind Celine is. Celine is the person many of her close friends go to when they are troubled and she is the type of person to drop everything for them until they are better. She absolutely hates confrontation and will avoid it to the best of her abilities. She is also the type of girl to protect those she cares about and deep inside lies a powerful water elemental who would be a force to be reckoned with…Celine has no idea of her true potential.[/size]

Abilities: As a water elemental, Celine has the ability to control any form of water. She can manipulate the water to her will whether it is creating a wave or freezing it.
History:
Celine Leveque was born on January 18th 1995 in France in Nantes. There, she lived with her parents Francois and Camille, and her brother Daniel. When Celine was young, she had nothing but happy thoughts with her family. They were close. Francois and Camille were nothing but loving and supportive and Daniel was the best big brother anyone could ever ask for. For eight years they were the inseparable four. Francois worked in hedge funds and Camille was a nurse. The both of them often worked long hours, but they still made time for Celine and Daniel. They were a family of elementals. Francois was a fire elemental and Daniel; inheriting mainly his father’s genes, was one as well. Camille was a water elemental. Fire and water are two very different elements, they can never mix as Celine eventually learned.
Celine was nine years old. She walked in on her parents arguing about something Celine still does not know to this day. The two yelled at each other for hours and hours. This upset Celine to the point of her powers releasing; she burst all the pipes in the house and it took Camille’s all her strength to keep the house from flooding. The family was never the same again. In a matter of months, the inseparable four were no more; Camille and Francois divorced. Francois took Daniel and Camille took Celine.
The two water elementals went through tough times. Every couple of months they would constantly move. Camille had trouble getting work so she had to move where she could have a job. As soon as Celine made friends, she would have to leave them. It wasn’t easy for her, but she got through it. Celine wanted whatever best was for her mother. After years moving throughout Europe, Camille and Celine eventually obtained a Visa and found a job as a nurse in Forks, Washington.
So now, the two are trying to make the best of things. The two only lived in Forks for a few weeks now. They are both officially moved in. Camille started her job at the hospital and Celine was enrolled in the local high school. The two of them felt like they haven’t had a home in years and maybe this time…things will be different.

Celine rolled over to the other side of her bed and sighed. She couldn’t sleep again. Ever since moving to America, the time change was messing with her sleeping schedule. After a few minutes of lying in her bed, Celine slowly got out of bed. She slipped on a pair of slippers and quietly walked out of her room. She didn’t want to wake up her mother. She had a long day at work, she deserved a good nights rest.
Celine made her way to the back door and quietly shut the door behind her as she went outside. Celine looked up at the sky and smiled at the sight of the moon. She closed her eyes and sighed as she felt the moon’s light on her skin. She always felt tied to the moon and every night it was out, Celine wanted to bask in its’ lunar rays. Of course, it isn’t like the sun…but she felt a distinct pull from the moon. Perhaps it was because of her element…water…always being tied to the moon.
Celine walked to a pond in her backyard and looked down at the water. She raised her right hand and as if it was magic, a thin strand of water came from the pond. Celine smiled and broke the strand into tiny little orbs of water. She waved her arms around and the orbs of water swirled around her. Her eyes noticed the orbs catching the moon’s rays. It was quite a sight. After a few moments, Celine released her power over the water and the tiny droplets of water fell onto the ground to be absorbed by the earth.
Celine had a good feeling about Forks…she finally felt like she was home.
